You are funny!! I think, a lot of time, the more you play, the more you *can* win....but no guarantees....so, that makes it a hobby. Nothing you can count on. It's a little weird to think someone who just started hits a big one like thousands of dollars...but it happens. Oh well! We keep plugging along! I like this hobby....but I need a vacation! I'm getting antsy! I've entered thousands of sweepstakes and have won a few minor prizes, but nothing to brag about! I'm ready for something worth more than $10 to boost my spirits a little. I know I shouldn't even complain since I've actually won a few things - but I guess I'm going to anyway! :cry:
 
I havent won at all this year and only won one small prize all last year. Hard not to get discuraged but I try to remember Im just doing this for fun! Would be nice to win though :) whine whine wahwah lol
 
I am crossing my fingers for a nice win! I am grateful for each and every win but if I won something really expensive and awesome I would be even more grateful! :)
 
It been a month since I won a "big prize" and that was after I posted in here. I want to win another one and I want it to be a cruise or some other good trip win. My husband's coworkers win stuff like an all expense paid trip to the Superbowl and to Jamaca. I want to win too! I don't think that it too much to ask for a nice Disney cruise. However, in lieu of the trip I will accept a car.
 
A cruise would be awesome.

I need to whine a little now. I haven't won anything worth more than $20 in quite a while and haven't won anything big ever!! I find that I usually win something after I have posted on this site - even if it is a small instant win. So, here's hoping!!! A trip would be nice, cash, a new car, an I-Pad...I'm not too picky. Good luck to all!!!!

OK, I've been trying to ignore that I haven't won since 4/24 - I was so hoping to win on my b-day but it didn't happen :cry:

lol - now that I thinlk about it, it *never* does - sweeps, slots, video poker... :crazytongue: :whistle:

I guess It's my turn to whine...been plugging away for a few months. And nothing more than candy bars and fruit cups. I just have to remember that I'm playing against the whole nation..hahaha. Hopefully my win will come
 
I used to win at least 2 to 3 books a week, now i haven't won a book in 2 months or anything for that matter. I know it is silly, but i looked forward to those book wins, i love to read and after i put the baby down at night it's my way of relaxing. Good luck to all of us :)

Why is it that when I check out the sweepstakes winners listings..it seems to always be the same people who are winning? Am I doing something wrong? Don't tell me I don't put my hours in..hahahaha

If you mean SA's winners circle, mostly those that post a lot of wins are sweeping every moment of every day that they can and they post every win.

That's not to mean that if you hard charge that you WILL win, just that it's much more likely that you will - but only as long as you time it juuuuuuuuuuuust right! :crazytongue: :laughing:

Always be happy for those who win - even when they win "your" prize :crazytongue: - and be positive you will win.

Sweeping is a hobby that is all about timing. Especially for those elusive instants! IF you enter at the exact right moment, you will win.

If not? Sad to say you won't. But I assure you - it's nothing personal, and those who win a lot don't have any "secrets" - they are just consistent, persistent, and patient.

I really believe that if you go into it thinking you can't win, well, you'll MAKE yourself right so often you'll start believing it!!!

I truly do believe you have to have a positive attitude - don't get hung up on what others are doing - just focus on entering, then move on to something else - like posting so we can get to know you!!!

Having a SERIOUS dry spell...the last time I won something remotely close to big was last summer...won a MacBook Air laptop, only a few small wins since....need something big!!! The only really big prize I won was a trip to Barbados in 2008 that my late husband and I went on. Miss my hubby so much...:(
 
Sad:( I haven't won anything in a long time. I spend hours filling out sweepstakes usually 5 times a week and haven't won anything in a few months.I need a win to help make luck better. A nice win would be great!!
