whiner's wall

Just wanted to whine a little. Havent won anything in a long time. Just hoping and wishing that i win something before my birthday:) Be a great gift!! Anything to get over this losing streak!!!
 
Wow - I also hate to whine but today marks three months without a win - This is my longest streak without any wins - I can only hope a big one is coming my way because I hate to think that I am this unlucky :)
 
I also don't like to whine because no matter what I am very thankful for all that I have, but....COME ON ALREADY!!! I haven't won anything in two months, I think. This summer we just had was great and it all dried up. I'm just hoping that I can win some thing soon as my two boys birthday's are coming up after Christmas and I could use all the help I can get. I'm back at the whiner's wall again. Last time I whined, I won two instant wins in the same day and got a prize winning notification in the mail. I'm hoping that if I whine just a LITTLE more then maybe some more luck will come my way. Happy holidays to everyone!
 
First time whining but I've been sweeping for almost two years and my losing streak has finally hit. Its been going downhill since September and I have yet to win anything in December. Hoping this losing streak ends soon. :-( Good luck to all :-)
 
To those who are hoping for a December-end of the year win - don't be discouraged. If you think within a certain frame, it puts pressure on you. If you look at the bigger picture, you may have won in Dec. or may win from one of the many sweeps ending on Dec. 31 - BUT - you often don't know until weeks or months after winner selection - and sometimes prizes just show up months later in your mailbox and you don't know where they came from...so even if you don't get a winning message by tomorrow, you may still be a winner. Just another way of looking at things.

And yes, the whiner's wall is the best place to complain, and let off steam!
 
Well 2013 has been a very bad year for my sweepstakes career. I am getting my whine out there for all to see!!!! I need a win!!!
 
Very dry few months for me! No wins at all over the Holiday season. No "nicer" wins pretty much since October. I need some wins in the new year! getting discouraged...
 
I am constantly entering sweeps by hand for hours a day. I don't get it, if I'm entering everyday for hours,why am I not winning anything? I see many of the same ppl winning everyday,not just small wins lots of big wins too. I entered nonstop last year spending about 4 hours a day or more entering and won about seven small prizes my biggest win being a pair of Asic shoes. I was thrilled about winning:) Hoping to be blessed with everyone else this year.

I enter at least 100 sweeps a day but have only won a few small things over the past year. Last big win was a laptop 3 years ago! I see lots of members winning great prizes....why do I have no luck? Waaaaa.....

...Use SA correctly. You need to click the links and fill out the entry forms to enter. SweepsCheck is a great tool, but checking it off does not enter you in the sweepstakes.

If you use an autofill program - double check your info is correct. And ALWAYS double check the entry form before you submit

Entering too often - always check the category/rules to ensure you don't DQ yourself.

Not entering often enough - if you sweep 1 - 3 times a week, you will have less chances.

Confining yourself to only IW sweeps/1x entries/dailys/etc - mix it up & try to enter any and all categories.

Entering for those you aren't eligible - like: if you make up a company name to enter, you enter a sweeps that is only for residents of Canada, etc. Always check the restrictions.

Entering too few sweeps - I'm not suggesting you enter for prizes you don't want/can't regift, but don't restrict yourself either!

Entering sweeps with very few prizes - even though that seems to be the trend of late, try to enter sweeps with LOTS of prizes.

Entering ONLY for big ticket prizes - similar to too few prizes, but these are usually "Creative Presentations" - which means NUMEROUS sponsors give away ONE major prize.
 
I play and play and play, waiting for that special day. I'll open my mail and there in detail is a trip to Paris, I wish. Instead I whine, and continue to play, and hope and hope and continue to play. OK. Hope that works!!!LOL
 
I need a win so bad:( I have been entering nonstop and can't seem to win. I see msny of the same people win constantly. What are they doing thaf I am not? I wish us all much luck:) Just wish it would go around for all of us Thank you SA for the sweeps though:)
