You can delete a catalog by going to the catalog, clicking on settings and then on delete. For Things I Like, I wasn't sure if it would be good to delete everything, because some sweeps requiring liking things in the catalog are still active, and also because sometimes you have to use items from Things I Like to review or recommend - not sure if it matters.
Dblu0104 explained how to delete:
"To delete a catalog of yours: Open the catalog you want to delete; you'll see a tab on top labeled "settings"; open that - at the bottom of the list of choices is "delete". I've found that if I try to create a catalog and it won't go through, that generally means you already have one with the same name. You have to delete the old one before you can make a new one to enter that sweep with. Also, there appears to be a limit on the number of catalogs you can have - somewhere around 500. If you've been entering the SUWR sweeps for a long time and find you can't create any new catalogs, then you need to go in and delete a bunch of old ones. "
Ah, now I see what you mean. This catalog does not have the Delete option, I guess because it is tied to the Like button.
I am trying this now - keeping Things I Like open, and deleting items one at a time, while I have other tabs open for the sweeps list and departments, so I can enter and keep returning to delete items. It helps a tiny bit, not to wait for the page to load etc. Next step, I quit SYWRs!
I won 25 bucks this morning. So 8/1300. What I do to make things tons easier, is everyday I go through and enter everything, maybe complete a few of them depending on time, but then I just wait until the weekend when I have a bunch of free hours and complete them all. That way you don't spend a couple hours each day when you can just do them all at once if you have time. You can finish your likes, shares, etc. all at that one time making it much easier to finish them. I found myself spending so much time here and neglecting all my other sweeps. So now I just spend a day on them. I guess it's what works for you. I noticed a lot of them you can get extra entries now.

Since I have several sweeps started at the same time; sometimes an item I have liked or shared counts towards another sweep that I have started. Is there any way to tell which of the steps you have completed for each individual sweep? Example - You have completed 9 our of 10 steps required for entry. Is there a way to tell which step(s) I still need to do? Sorry I am new to entering these and could not locate this particular question on the forum. Thank you!
I run into that now and then, also, and have not found any way to tell exactly which steps are missing. If one of the tasks is adding items to a catalog, you can open that catalog and see if it has the right number of items in it. Other than that, if it requires 'like' or 'share' or whatever, I just do a few more of each until when I refresh my browser it says I'm entered.

Thank you for all the information..i was not entering them because it seemed alot of work but i am giving it a shot now..fingers crossed..And all the infomation you guys gave helped alot. I did not know what to do at first
Blah...yesterday I entered a million of these things thinking because they award points immediately, maybe I'd have some cash for a nice family Kmart trip this weekend. This morning, nada, AND hubby gets called out to work. There goes my Saturday, ugh. Also, irritated that I've only won once, I'm 1/316 as I'm writing this, but it shows 0 wins on my summary! YES it's only one win but doggone it I want credit for it!!

I'm right there with you. I've been doing them every day for about 2 weeks consistently and have won about 10/1500. It only shows 5 wins for me. Still, those wins are adding up quick. It's worth it IMO if I can tolerate the constant entering that particular day.
It totally is worth it, I mean, that's free merchandise. I have the hang of it, pressing as many of the Get Started Now buttons as I can first, adding items to all the new catalogs I make at one time...but still. They HAVE made it alot easier now though. More things "count", whereas before if you didn't get something from the EXACT department they specified, they wouldn't count it towards the entry.
Has anybody figured out how to get bonus entries by posting the SUWR Sweeps on Twitter? I follow all the steps, it shows up on my Twitter feed, but I don't seem to get any extra entries for it. I get the extra one for posting on Facebook OK, but not Twitter.
Hm, that's weird. Did you refresh your browser to see if if shows up? If not maybe you can copy and paste the tweet URL and contact SYWR letting them know you are indeed tweeting it but not receiving your entry.
What I do is go back after the fact when it says entered, and click on the two links that say "share on fb", "share on twitter" after the sentence that says, "want an additional entry?"...NOT the Facebook/Twitter icons in the lower right hand corner of that particular sweeps. I don't know if it matters but that's how I do it.
Thanks, openmind101, I've tried all those with no luck - I'm always stuck at (2) Entries regardless of what I do. I've left several messages for them with no response. It gives me hope that it's not a problem for other people, so I may be able to figure it out.
WOW! Update. I just tried it with Google Chrome Browser instead of IE and it worked fine!! Very strange, but what the heck.

Oh yeah, I have to do them with Firefox or Chrome, IE doesn't cut it for me anymore. So glad you got it figured out!!!
