whiner's wall

Posting my whine too (again for about the 5th time.) First I am grateful for even the smallest wins. Every $1.00 off coupon or $5 gift card helps. But...I'm still so frustrated!!! When I see members who are "new" celebrating huge cash wins-I'm happy-but I'm jealous too. I've been delicately sweeping (pretty much obsessively everyday) for almost 15 years now. I started before there were all the electronic entries. I've never won more than $1,500 although I've been blessed to bring in tiny stuff on a fairly regular basis (that keeps me going and I enjoy giving a lot of it away.) I'm WHINING because I want-I NEED-one of the big ones. I've worked 2 jobs for so many decades now and I'm just tired. I thought working my behind off to get my graduate degree would lead me to the dream job but I'm just in more debt and older. I started a non-profit for kids in 2008 and the win would go to allowing me time to do mission work I know I was called to do. While some of it's happening now, I am weary, I am worn and I am tired. At least $5,000 whiner's wall!! Please ease the struggle and give me faith in the statistics. I wouldn't be in it if I didn't believe mathematically my name would eventually be drawn...It's time.
 
we're coming up to the end of another month and the end to a number of contests - in the past I've been bummed I didn't get the Congrats you won email - whine, poor me - blah blah!
Ok don't whinning for a while. Hope our luck changes.
 
Here's my whine.......

Have been entering EVERYTHING, every day for two years and have won NOTHING....NADA....ZILCH! I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment as I keep on entering and hoping for something ANYTHING to prove that these entries are reaching their destinations! There's my whine~ Hope the universe responds positively!

everything shut down even though I enter stuff alll the time, now everyone is saying I told you
so but I will not stop hopefully one day my winning will start again and I can prove everyone wrong.

I am so tired of not winning anything that I am willing to whine, whine, and whine some more.....sometimes I think I am being punished for not taking the time to list a win when I do win (even when it is something small)!
 
Time for me to whine again.. I have been having the worst few months since I started sweeping more than 4 years ago. I have not won anything nice in maybe 6 months. I do appreciate occasional coupon and such, but frankly, I need a bigger win to not lose my heart for sweeping. It has been such a great hobby for years, but I'm on the verge of quitting. I see many people posting multiple wins and I am happy for them, but also I can't help but wonder that something is wrong with my entering, or maybe my luck has just run out. I need a win!
 
Ok. July has started off slow! Have not won anything in 2 days! Yes, I am whining! I usually win something once a day or every other day. Whether is be a free sample or something. Nothing! Hope my luck improves!
 
Thanks to the all of the whiners for posting since you all let me know it is not just me who gets discouraged. Wishing for us all some encouraging wins.

Oh, I remember those days!!! Maybe it's time for the next sweeper in line to win so often and for you to have a dry spell ended by a BIGGIE!!!
 
I don't want to be ungrateful but it has been so long since I've won anything more than a coupon. It has been almost a year since I had to submit an affadavit for a prize (that was for a couple of Calphalon pans). It is becoming very discouraging. I can only hope that this dry spell will end with a biggie.
 
Ok so I admit I don't really have a right to whine. I won big 2/3 months ago and won an ipad. But since then all I've won was a pen and some wrinkle cream. I want to win anything right now even something small like a coupon. I keep feeling blue that nothing is in my mailbox. I really want to win a mini trip. Nothing over the top but since my family cant afford to go anywhere it would be nice to win a mini trip. I say mini cause I know the taxes will kill me.

My experience has been I get one or the other - either a dry spell ended by a spate of small wins, or a biggie. And for some reason, the longer the dry spell, the bigger the win!

So focus on one or the other - small wins to get validated, or push down the "why do I even bother; this is boring; will I ever win again" type thoughts and shoot for the moon!!!
 
I really don't think I should be whining cause I've had some good wins the last couple of months. I won the Big Green Egg a month ago, but since then it's just been little stuff and lately I've won nothing at all. I'm broke with two boys and every little bit helps. So I thought I'd post here and pray luck I get some wins soon. Hope everyone's luck increases as well!
 
Ughhhh! It's whining time! August has been the worst month this year. My only wins this month were MCR points from McDonalds Monopoly. I even got denied a prize I won back in May because eprize said that they didn't have my address (whole other story). Anyway, I'm really hoping to see those winning emails coming after all the sweeps that end in August. Wish me luck and thanks for hearing me out. I feel better!
 
Newbie sweeper here, I started submitting 100+ sweeps entries each and every day since 8/15/13. I've won a coupon for a gallon of milk so far. I had hoped that with upwards of 4000 entries for September I would have won something...guess I gotta keep plugging away...
 
I am really hoping for a big win. I am excited for all my sweeper friends who win big though and I know at some point it will be my turn
 
I'm still waiting for the big cash win or car win - sure would be helpful now (husband laid off). Let the dry spell end!
 
While I think posting here is a good thing, because it helps us to rid ourselves of the negativity, I found something else that might help:
