To activate, go to the link https://www.na.citiprepaid.com/defaultlogin.do } and DON'T login - you have to register anew each time, so keep track - I just added a 1, 2, now 3 after my login name. Once registered, go here to get it {https://www.virtualrewardcenter.com/Redeem.aspx} then scroll down to: Copy your code: {xxx} Then click the "Activate My Card" button below, and when the page loads, paste your code in the box! THEN you get Card Number: Expiration Date: Security Code:
(Please note that a separate account (including username and password) is required for each Virtual Reward that you receive. You cannot add this new Virtual MasterCard to an already existing account).

I've only had an issue redeeming once - it was when I tried to redeem right after I won. I waited at least a day & then was able to redeem that win for the full amount.
When I won the $15 on 2/8, I waited a few hours and had no problem.
I think it takes time for the prepaid codes to get updated as issued b4 they will be released or something?

I realized, although I thought I had all info exact, I was including / in the b-day. Entered it as MMDDYYYY (instead of MM/DD/YYYY) and it finally worked, also capitalization counts sometimes, I think. Also waiting a little bit, I've heard, helps.

I had problems with them also. I emailed [email protected]. Be sure to sent name, address, email address, and phone number. At first you will get auto response. It took me 3 emails and calls to Camel (it is recorded) almost 2 weeks before they got it straightened out. It's true, if you don't contact them like email, you will not get you're money.

email Up2URewards (email is in the FAQ's) Include screenshots of your Camel personal info page and a screenshot of the 'code is expired page'. I had the same problem..it took weeks to finally get it...but this is the first step so it may save you 4-5 days b/c they take 2-3 to get back to you and tell you to do the above step. I won $25 last night and it registered but no card # appears...sick of Up2Urewards...pain.

Want to try one more time? I had the same problem but was able to get a reply from Up2Rewards. They sent me these instructions and it was resolved in 2 days. Geetings, We noticed you may be experiencing difficulties redeeming your eCode. How to do a screen shot? PC: Press the Function Key (FNC) and Print Screen Key at the same time. (My keyboard only has the prnt scrn button and that worked without a function key. You won't see any thing happen but it is there when you follow the rest of the directions.) Then open Word or Word Pad, paste and email Word or Word Pad document as an attachment. MAC: Press the Command Key, shift key and the #3 key all at the same time. The screenshot will be saved on your desktop. Please forward the screenshot as an attachment. Once we receive your screenshots (please include "My Camel Personal Information and up2URewards Redeem eCode input page) in the jpeg format, we will be able to assist you further. I know this sounds complicated but even a computer illiterate like me was able to do it. Hope this helps.
5/27/13 is the last time I won and I wasn't charged so maybe these are new & are preventing redemption? ;
^^^ $1 Authorizations Some Internet merchants (e.g. PayPal and Amazon.com) test your Card with a $1 authorization. This $1 authorization puts a hold on $1 of your Card value for up to 3-7 business days. As a result, if your Card value was $25 and you then attempt to make a $25 purchase, the transaction will be declined every time (authorization = $25; Card value = $24). Repeated attempts at one of these merchants will have similar results.
^^^ Attempted Purchases in Amounts that Exceed Your Card Balance For example, your card value is $25 and you attempt to make a purchase for more than $25. This transaction will be declined every time. For your information, we reserve the right to suspend your Card, without further notice, if you attempt to make multiple purchases for more than the value on your Card.

... I think I know what's wrong. In their last IWG the expiration date was wrong on some of the codes. Does the $50.00 MC that you won show an expiration date of 7/2013? If so, when you try to spend it put in 6/2013 as the expiration date.
Also, during the final days of that instant win, for some odd reason a few people received VISA rather than MasterCard gift codes. Visa gift cards start with a 4, MasterCard starts with a 5.

I had a hard time getting the card number also. I had to call the toll free number several times. To solve the problem, I had to type my address the EXACT SAME way it's on file with camel. Capital letters, abbreviations, etc. It had to be typed EXACTLY the same as I had typed it on my camel.com account info. Then, the card can only be used online. They give you a card number, an expiration date, and a security code.

OK, here is what I did to finally get my full amount by redeeming on amazon. I won $25, but amazon kept rejecting it, so I ordered a $15 card, it was approved, then I ordered a $10 card, also approved, so I got the full amount but had to order 2 different cards. I dont know why some folks get the full amount and some don't but this is a work around and amazon doesn't get to keep $1 of your win. They will probably figure this out and start charging for all gift card purchases so hurry

camel - redemption
it's easy - you do it like you would an online credit card purchase. Go to Amazon and purchase a gc with the CVV & card number and email it to yourself & then add the code they send to your Amazon account/spend it.
