To activate, go to the link https://www.na.citiprepaid.com/defaultlogin.do } and DON'T login - you have to register anew each time, so keep track - I just added a 1, 2, now 3 after my login name. Once registered, go here to get it {https://www.virtualrewardcenter.com/Redeem.aspx} then scroll down to: Copy your code: {xxx} Then click the "Activate My Card" button below, and when the page loads, paste your code in the box! THEN you get Card Number: Expiration Date: Security Code:










(Please note that a separate account (including username and password) is required for each Virtual Reward that you receive. You cannot add this new Virtual MasterCard to an already existing account).

Camel no longer uses Up2URewards

HOWEVER, if you don't get your win email, you need to call: REWARDS: 1-866-882-0410 M-F 8-8 EST

I've only had an issue redeeming once - it was when I tried to redeem right after I won. I waited at least a day & then was able to redeem that win for the full amount.

When I won the $15 on 2/8, I waited a few hours and had no problem.

I think it takes time for the prepaid codes to get updated as issued b4 they will be released or something?

I had problems with them also. I emailed [email protected]. Be sure to sent name, address, email address, and phone number. At first you will get auto response. It took me 3 emails and calls to Camel (it is recorded) almost 2 weeks before they got it straightened out. It's true, if you don't contact them like email, you will not get you're money.

email Up2URewards (email is in the FAQ's) Include screenshots of your Camel personal info page and a screenshot of the 'code is expired page'. I had the same problem..it took weeks to finally get it...but this is the first step so it may save you 4-5 days b/c they take 2-3 to get back to you and tell you to do the above step. I won $25 last night and it registered but no card # appears...sick of Up2Urewards...pain.

... I think I know what's wrong. In their last IWG the expiration date was wrong on some of the codes. Does the $50.00 MC that you won show an expiration date of 7/2013? If so, when you try to spend it put in 6/2013 as the expiration date.
Also, during the final days of that instant win, for some odd reason a few people received VISA rather than MasterCard gift codes. Visa gift cards start with a 4, MasterCard starts with a 5.

I had a hard time getting the card number also. I had to call the toll free number several times. To solve the problem, I had to type my address the EXACT SAME way it's on file with camel. Capital letters, abbreviations, etc. It had to be typed EXACTLY the same as I had typed it on my camel.com account info. Then, the card can only be used online. They give you a card number, an expiration date, and a security code.

I won $25, but amazon kept rejecting it, so I ordered a $15 card, it was approved, then I ordered a $10 card, also approved, so I got the full amount but had to order 2 different cards. camel - redemption

it's easy - you do it like you would an online credit card purchase. Go to Amazon and purchase a gc with the CVV & card number and email it to yourself & then add the code they send to your Amazon account/spend it.

I had never had problems redeeming Camel codes until the latest giveaway. The first week of February I won a $50 and a $25. Have tried more times than I can count to try to redeem them. I would fill out the form and then Accept and it would always go back to the page to fill it all out again. I double checked everything making sure everything matched Camel exactly. Decided I would call them tomorrow.

Then it occurred to me that last year I had changed my password on Camel. So I tried my old password on Up2URewards and they went thru!! So if you have ever had an account with Up2URewards use the password that you signed up with them even it it doesn't match Camel.

I already ordered 2 Walmart cards as you get full value and no shipping, so I am a happy woman tonight!
