just in general vent

My gripe: I don't like my neighbor's kid. He and my son are about the same age, and he shows up at our door more than I would like. I have taken to locking the door at all times because he simply walks right in. He's four and is old enough to know better. I do like his mom though, and we stood at the door talking for a few minutes. In the ten minutes that I wasn't watching him, he went into my older sons room (forbidden, and he knows it, was taking advantage of being unwatched), found a can of silly string, and shot it all over the room. Later, I caught him hiding under my dining room table with candy that he had taken out of my kids' Halloween stash. He takes out every darn toy in the house without putting any away, grabs things away from my son, and whines and cries when he doesn't get his way. I feel my blood pressure climbing when this kid is around. For his part, my son is loud, kinda bossy, and not a good cleaner upper either, but I'd never trade!

Aaargh!!! Parents that don't teach their kids the sharing & personal space concepts drive me nuts!!! :nono:

Just imagine those brats as adults - makes me shudder!!! :cussing:

Actually, I'm just a normal guy with an extremely dry sense of humor. People actually like to be around me! (Yep, scary, eh? :crazytongue: )

That is why if you see or :crazytongue: in one of my posts you can rest assured I'm just "funnin' " with ya.

But if somebody makes a 'statement' that they need to be called on ... I'm always willing to step up to the plate! But I NEVER mean to hurt anybody.

Did someone invoke the ol' voice of doom? :laughing: There are a variety of sensory processing disorders and metabolic diseases with a variety of causes which can cause wild variations in concentration and attention. If she is complaining of visual disturbances, headache, balance problems, numbness or tingling....there are just so many "fun" problems kids can have that can case intermittent symptoms. I know one kid who was being "out of it" at school on certain days, the teacher even thought the kid had been drinking-turned out to be an inner ear problem!

My Sister is so very sick.. and then has a instant payment from SSI or gets free this and that that REAL PEOPLE take months or years to get. yeah, ok. I believe you.

My daughter is being stalked.. adn then stories don't add up and you come up with legal stuff.. that is totally nonsense. My husband worked for a law office and he read one story and wanted to write "you are a liar!"

A new drama that hits the same person every few months. Always starting with "oh my god!" or "you won't believe this" No, I won't, sorry :laughing:

would you PLEASE use some brains and read the story and THINK before you believe every nonsense story online? The same people seem to answer and give hugs... and to me, it shows you are STUPID. lol.

You forgot to tell everyone about the financial burden it put on you for being out of work and your boss not believing you... and then hint around for money for Christmas presents for your wife/husband, your 16 kids, your paralized dog, your poor parakeet who lost his beek... but nothing for you of course, it's all going to everyone else.

What REALLY bothers me about it, is there are hurting people, people with REAL health issues, disabilities, financial crises, etc.. and they are the ones that get hurt by the lies, the drama, the stories.
