I posted it in the thread asking where a member has been and a lot of peeps wrote very nice things asking about her and I said they can come here to find her since she wasn't able to get into XXX anymore. There was nothing wrong with the post nor the thread. Everyone misses her and said to pass to her their hellos which another member said he would copy the thread and email to her. No hidden agenda. Not sure why peeps alwys think that.
Most of us aren't lurkers but we get emails and Pm's from peeps here when we are mentioned in threads so of course generally come look but not always. I have been a member here for awhile.

I don't think so but mearly mentioning another site gets a post removed. peeps were wondering where you were and no way to reach you so I said you are here and can come chat. I only wrote SA not even the whole name

Jewel, I don't think anyone was criticizing you. I just think that a lot of members here have been hurt by the antics elsewhere. If you read this whole thread, you will see that the members here take things in stride and find things more humerous than anything. Please don't be upset.

SA is a place where we try to keep things light hearted and good spirited. We enjoy some humor, whether it be true humor, juvenile humor or sarcasm. We also like to focus on sweeps chat.

This is a great place. I hope you feel free to come here as much or as little as you like. Lurk, participate, pm, sweep, whatever. There is no battle between us and them. SA is a great site with a lot of different features. Try them out. You might like them.

I'm happy you are keeping in touch with some friends from there. It is always nice to see a familiar face pop in. All my best!

I agree ~ we pick on our new members just like we do all the old timers ~ like Wolfie!! We do enjoy our new family members and you are more than welcome to come and join in our fun!! Just let us know and we will set you up on a chocolate plan ~ Tuesday nights okay with you???

Hey, I know it's Christmas time, but ease up on giving out the chocolate! :fired: If you feel the need to share, send Candy Canes or something! Sheesh! After all this time, you'd think you would know better! :scratch:
 
No, you misunderstood, Tuesday would be the day for Rocky to bring US chocolate!!! Goodness, now you done went and spoiled everything!! I was going to set up a whole schedule!! Now you can have a few gold coins left over out of the kids Christmas stocking while I try to come up with another good plan ~ geez!!!
 
I need to stop having a life looks like I missed everything again. LOL

But at least I don't have to worry about chocolate since I don't like it! LOL

Just as a rule of thumb and for purposes of consideration, always ask first if the person would mind you letting members at one site know who they are on another site.

I do think you might like the atmosphere at this site a lot better. We are a fun bunch and we don't look to start a fight. I do agree with LODARKSIDE. It might have been a good idea to check with theredhead before you told everyone where and who she was. Apparently it was serious enough for someone to remove your comments at zzz.

I am glad to see you posting here and do check out some of our other threads. I'm sure you will enjoy them. Welcome to SA and enjoy the sweeps. :)

I can't see the other place but they always remove comments that reference other sweeps sites. If everybody can't tell who I am with the medical posts with links showing up over here-its like Gandalf making fire on Caradhras-the red eye is now upon me. :crazytongue:

I'll get him right on that!! He needs to do something helpful ~lol!! The last week of having to help cook hasn't been hard enough on him :whistle: Thank goodness he did help or Caitlyn would have starved! Something about trying to cook and being sick at your stomach/having a headache/cleaning up after Ashelyn just didn't go together :nono:
