I remember that bunnytoes and tinymomo came at about the same time I think. Then they both sorta disappeared again for awhile, now that bunnytoes has been banned from over there I guess we will be seeing the bunny hopping through more often

I'm not going anywhere; I'll stay here. The Other Site used to be a perfectly nice place, but they won't stop shooting themselves in the foot.

Hi...yup...I've been off and on for the past year. Haven't been on hardly either site for the last month. Broke both bones in my leg getting ready to leave for vacation, had surgery Monday, so needless to say, things have been a bit exciting in my household...LOL. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone tho and hope to have some fabulous MOCS as soon as I'm able to get around, so be on the lookout!

It's funny how people get attached to their "sweeps" sites, but it is that way with everything in life. From the time you are little it the "my dad can beat up your dad" thing and it just progresses from there. Everyone just has to remember that there are nice people on both places that get caught up in emotion.
Just remember that we are here to have fun, and we want everyone that wants to be here to have fun also!! We are glad to see the new faces and look forward to getting to know them.

Hi...yup...I've been off and on for the past year. Haven't been on hardly either site for the last month. Broke both bones in my leg getting ready to leave for vacation, had surgery Monday, so needless to say, things have been a bit exciting in my household...LOL.

I don't know which I hate worse: seeing "Sorry, you didnt win today" or hearing about "that other site". In all honesty I don't even know what it is or where it is. I was lucky enough to end up at this site to begin with. Would "that other site" please just go away. Enough already

LOL...would you believe we were getting ready to leave and I tripped over one of the suitcase? Of course, I tried to catch myself from falling and kept hopping around until I finally did fall. Had I just fallen to begin with, I probably would have been alright...GRRRR!!! Oh, it's just been a complete delight since it happened. My first broken bone, and I had to make it a doozie!!

There will be topics here that some like and some that some won't like. We have to pick and choose the ones we wish to contribute to and which ones we don't. No one should feel they need to censor themselves for fear of posting something that someone else doesn't like. For the most part, the posts here are respectable; and you should feel free to discuss whatever you want. Some threads are for some people and some are not. :sunny:
Once again, I feel that you guys need a place to vent a little as long as you keep it to a dull roar. I will be watching :meninblack: as I am the word police right now ~ but you guys know I am pretty fair.
I know some of our other members that haven't been to the other site and know what you guys have been through have trouble understanding, but I am trying. Just keep it down and play nice, and I don't see that it is hurting. When a big part of your life is ripped away then you have to have someone to talk to, and it is easiest with someone who has had the same experiences!!

LOL...I WAS bawling!! We payed close to a $1,000 bucks on a really nice beach house for a week. However, after my visit to the ER, the doctor told me to go ahead and go, as the swelling would have to go down before anything could be done. Sooooooooo, like a dummy I went, thinking the pain pills and splint they put on would be fine. I don't recommend anyone doing that!! I was miserable the whole time I was there. But I was glad my husband and son were able to have a good time, so I guess it was worth it.

That's why we stay in hotels. If you have to do the same work you do at home, it's not a vacation!! :laughing:
NO kitchen use!! The house we rented was georgous tho. Nicer than my own...LOL. Plus it had a private pool, not that I got any use from that.
