No kidding! And I'm sick of her sticking her bottom lip out a Simon, like a little girl! Next time I hope he rips it off and, no, he doesn't have to apologize! :laughing:

Michael Johns: omg! yes he's hot. yes he has a nice voice but come on. Dream on? He aint no steven tyler.

Syesha Mercado: very pretty girl, great voice but their are a million other girls who sound just like her. predictable and boring
Kristy Lee Cook: why oh why is this girl still on the show. She cannot sing and is very boring.
David Cook: why david why????? wth was that. each week he is coming off as more arrogant. And that thing on his hand was sooo self serving.

Brooke White: oh, puhleez.. see me im crying. see my eyes im sad and im pouting oh, the camera is the other way. lets try that again.
Jason Castro: This dude was born two decades two late. somewhere over the rainbow. thats what he choose. :scratch: ewwww
Carly Smithson: very nice voice but did seem angry tonight(normally not a problem for me but didnt work for her).. and the outfit.. I kept expecting to see people come roller skating out of the back of stage.
David Archuleta: nice voice, very cute kid but I dont think he will be able to sell records.

Okay...I thought tonights show was pretty terrible! I didn't like anyone's but the last of David A's...Kristy's was better than normal ~ at least the last part!

I usually love David Cook's but I didn't like his...will have to go back and listen to it again, but I didn't like it the first time around!

I think it will be a fight for last this week...I hope they are better next week!

Every year we have this...I hated when Chris left a couple of years ago...I really thought it was going to be Syesha!

I think next week Kristy is gone. After this happens it seems like people wake up then! I still haven't watched the show from last night...I'm afraid I will throw stuff at Mariah when she comes on stage ~ I want to poke her eyeballs down her throat. I need therapy :laughing:
 
I didnt watch last night. Shows like that just leave a bad taste in my mouth. ya know. These people should be giving anyway with the kind of money they make. They only do it when they can get on tv and promote themselves. I find it.. whats the word? disingenuous? hope thats the right word. :laughing:
 
My recap of last week's show:

Michael Johns: sang "Dream On", by Aerosmith; nice performance.
Syesha Mercado: sang "I Believe", by Fantasia; nice performance; stong vocals.
Jason Castro: sang "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", by Israel ??; a ukelale version of the song, which was only so-so for me...although the judges liked it. I still think he relies too much on playing an instrument while singing. Nasty dreadlocks need to go!
Kristy Lee Cook: sang "Anyway", by Martina McBride; very nice performance, good song choice; if only she could sing this well always!
David Cook: sang "Innocent", by Our Lady Peace; not the best of songs for him.
Carly Smithson: sang "The Show Must Go On", by Queen; wonderful performance -- she rocked that song; however, she sounded almost angry in her tone.
David Archuleta: sang "Angels" by ?? ; another awesome, sweet performance...OMG.
Brooke White: sang "You've Got A Friend", by Natalie Cole; a so-so performance...BLAH...not a good song rendition.

So there! Most everyone really sucked this past week, except for David, Carly and Kristy Lee.

I would really like to hear David Archuleta sing songs like "Bridge Over Troubled Water" or "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother"......
 
Well as bad as I would love to punch out Mariah Carey...I have to say that this weeks show was much better than last weeks!

I thought the David's were the best this week ~ as it should be ~lol! I will be putting both of them on my shuffle when they are on iTunes. I felt so happy for David Cook...his brother with brain cancer was in the audience for the first time tonight. The doctor's had told him that he couldn't fly on a public plane and they all went in together and hired him a private plane, and a doctor and nurse to go with him and his wife so he could go and be at the show!! A local radio station picked up the tabs for the hotel.

I thought Brooke was the worst tonight...she should be the next to go in my opinion ~ just based on tonights performances ~ that was terrible!

She is the worst rambler that I have ever seen...good grief, they would have time to sing two songs apiece if she would just shut up ~lol!!
