Do you use gmail? If so, take advantage of the filter tool. See the article below; I've taken it several steps further than than but it's the only real way to organize the spam you'll get.

I set up my gmail using filters and so far things have gone where they need to go. Spam often gets labeled as a winner but it's manageable and preferred over winners going to spam.
