The winning times are randomly seeded not by day, but throughout the term of the sweep. It's entirely possible to have several days or weeks with no winning times as well as several winning times on one day. Random means
random, so any combination is possible. Fewer people enter during the night, so IF (wish I could underline that) there's a randomly seeded time there your odds are better 'cause there's less competition. If there was a time seeded in the morning of that day then someone else will probably have won it before you enter at night. IF there was no randomly seeded time for a day or a week then no one can win it during that period. Count the number of instant win prizes to be given away. Lets say there are 10 over a 30 day period on a daily entry sweep. You can't win on 20 of those days as there aren't enough prizes. The winning times are spread over 10 days, but some days could have 2, 3 or more of the winning times, so you won't necessarily have 10 days with winning times.
