One hundred eighty (180) First Prizes are available to be awarded; awarded twenty (20) per Month, except for the last Month in which forty (40) shall be awarded. Four hundred fifty (450) Second Prizes are available to be awarded; awarded fifty-five (55) per Month, except for the last Month in which sixty-five (65) shall be awarded.
