Werther’s Original Spring Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to (5) guests (each, a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with Grand Prize Winner, the “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”) as set forth below.

The Vacation package consists of the following:

Up to six (6) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and the Orlando International Airport (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of the Resort, airfare will not be provided).

Round trip ground transportation for up to six (6) persons or voucher(s) of up to $100.00 in total for local ground transportation service from Orlando International Airport to the Resort (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of the Resort, transportation will not be provided).

Room accommodations consisting of two (2) standard rooms (with a maximum of four (4) persons in each room) for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (based on availability).

Up to six (6) 4-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

Up to six (6) 1-Day Water Park Tickets.

ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.00.

Five (5) First Prize Winners will receive one (1) Digital Frame Prize Pack consisting of the following items: one (1) branded digital picture frame; one (1) Werther’s Original Enamel pin; one (1) Disney-themed Enamel pin; and one (1) Werther’s Original Hard Caramel product. ARV of each Prize Pack is $180.00.

Fifteen (15) First Prize Winners will receive one (1) Baking Kit Prize Pack consisting of the following items: one (1) branded spatula; one (1) branded baking prep bowl; one (1) branded apron; one (1) Werther’s Original Enamel pin; one (1) Werther’s Original Karamell-Küche Recipes; and one (1) Werther’s Original Hard Chewey Caramels product. ARV of each Prize Pack is $65.00.

Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City, including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for winner and winner’s guest from an airport near the winner’s home to an airport near New York, New York, (ii) a three (3) night stay at a Wyndham hotel in midtown Manhattan of Sponsor’s sole choosing (one room, double occupancy), (iii) ground transportation to/from airport near New York, NY and Wyndham hotel in midtown Manhattan, (iv) one (1) dinner for two at the Red Rooster Harlem restaurant in NYC, (v) $800 in spending money, plus (vii) 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points for winner. Dinner at the Red Rooster restaurant awarded as a $300 restaurant gift card, does not include alcohol and winner/guest are solely responsible for advising restaurant of dietary restrictions.

Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to a Wyndham Vacation Clubs resorts hotel of winner’s choice from among a list of Wyndham resort hotels provided by Sponsor (options include: Club Wyndham Pagosa, Legacy Golf Resort, Margaritaville Vacation Club St. Thomas, or Vino Bello Resort), including (i) roundtrip coach airfare for winner and winner’s guest from an airport near the winner’s home to an airport near the selected Wyndham hotel destination, (ii) a five (5) night stay at the Wyndham hotel of winner’s choice (one room, double occupancy), (iii) a standard sized rental car for use during the prize trip, (iv) $250 in spending money, and (v) 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points for winner.
