When I went back to the Wrigley/NBA game to play, I got a notification on the results page that I already won and I'm limited to a single instant win prize. The prizes are $25 and $100 gift certificates to the NBA store. Nice, but I don't have an email with the code. When I wrote to them I got a bit of the runaround:
"Upon validation of winning status, Winners will be notified via e-mail, which will contain a unique code with gift card value to be redeemed online at NBAStore.com. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late or misdirected e-mails."
In other words, you may have won or not, and if you got an email with a code and lost it this not our problem.
So much for customer service. Is anybody else having an issue?
