This was sent to me on Dec. 6. The 4-6 weeks has obviously passed. I sent an e-mail to them telling them I hadn't gotten it yet and didn't get a response in a weeks time.
 
I've won from them before and they were a little slow sending the prize, but they did fulfill. I'd send another e-mail if you are worried. But, honestly, when they tell you 4- 6 weeks, it's usually 12+

I won the exact same contest, same as you I got the 4 to 6 week promise. My has not arrived either so I would just be patient. Sometimes it takes longer than they say but it will come. Actually I missed the mailman today with a signature required large envelope and was thinking it might be this prize.
 
It's been over 12 weeks now and I still have not recieved it. Wow! I tried sending them an e-mail again and got no response both times. Bummer!
 
Same thing I never got mine. Maybe some day it will come, probably pick it up cheap in the clearance bin by then. Think I will pass next time they have a contest.
 
I won from My Jelly Bean once and didn't realize it's a canadian site. I did receive my prize eventually but it did take a long time. And it was very expensive for them to ship! Patience!
