End of May/Early April is also a nice time to visit. Not much rain then and all the baby lambs are out playing in the countryside.

Westminster Abby is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That and the London Zoo were my favorites when I went. :sunny:

Be sure to load up on Chocolate Sweepstakes & Giveaways while you are there, English chocky is sooooooooo good!!!!

However, traditional English pub food is nasty. Look for places to eat that seem to have been exorcised/reborn by Gordon Ramsay.

I also was highly disappointed to realize that they do not skin, scale, or debone their fish before dropping it in the batter for fish and chips. So, if you try a fish and chip shop, beware of all those tiny bones and other assorted things we would have put in the trash first!!

Holllllllyy Moly congrats a very fantastic win..... Man I would be floored...... I would love to go there, although Celtic girl has kinda freaked me ... lol.... I would be cautious of the those pubs/.. yikes..... Enjoy that wonderful win
