When out shopping a few days back at checkout was given a raffle ticket for a pair of tickets to Lowcounty Osyster Festival for this weekend. Filled in and really didn't think anything else about it. Tickets arrived in the mail today. I don't like all this cold weather, but have friends that can use the tickets. They love stuff like this. Have won a few other local things like that. Odds are most times good for these.
