Won but screen wouldn't let me confirm win

Ok, I wanted this win so bad that I spent 3 hours searching the MTV site for the flip.
I won BUT I was signed in when the winning screen popped up it wouldn't let me confirm, I keep trying.
Thank goodness I copied the winning screen to my pc. Now I can't find a email address to contact them about my win.
I even opened another MTV flip site page and signed in the winning screen popped up on that page to and wouldn't let me confirm.
Then screen went blank on both.
Please is there any way I can still try to get this win?

Contact them giving them the date and approximate time you got the screen, and then they can check their system to determine whether or not you won.
 
I can't find anyplace a email address for MTV,
This isn't my week...
Yesterday won the bliss I didn't copy screen and still no email to confirm that..
I'm ready to cry

Don't worry about not having saved the screen. They don't accept them as proof of a win, and they don't always send out email confirmations.

If you did win, they'll find it in the system; and you'll still get the prize.

The reason that screenshots aren't accepted as proof of a win is because the system can occasionally mess up (a glitch) and give a person a winning screen although they really didn't win. It's not uncommon.

Post which sweep it is, and I'm sure one of us can find you a contact for it.
 
:cussing: I can only imagine how upsetting that would be after trying to win for 3 hours. Hope everything works out for you! Congratulations on finding the flip!
 
I've searched all over the internet looking for MTV'S email address only found one for tech care so sent them a email asking for them to help me get the correct email address.
Most likely I'v lost out on it because as time goes by they most likely think I forfeited the prize.

If you were signed in, don't worry, they know who you are and you'll get the prize. Congratulations It's always great to win something you actually want. :cheers:

I'll write out a letter today.
I'm getting where I love email so much that I forget sometimes people still use the snail mail.
I had a similar snail mail address but this is for actually the contest so thank you.
Hopefully it will work out.
I'll also keep trying for a email to cover all methods of contact.
I also found telephone number, not sure but that might also work to find the main source.
I'm not sure if they'd be in on Saturday but will try.

trying to claim prize has been harder then winning it...
 
You might try to win the flip camera through Pepsistuff.com. It's a heck of alot easier! :headbang:

I won one from them, and I believe 3mnkids1 did too.

I'm definitely bringing it with us when we go to Kissimmee for vacation next month.

It's only worth about $150.00, but you can get them a bit cheaper on sale.

Personally, I don't think that MTV sweepstakes is worth the work which is why I skipped it.

They give away 40 a day at Pepsi Stuff, so I kept entering as many codes as I could each day. I figured that I would eventually win with those odds, and I did.
 
I received an email that I won a ticket to see Austrailia. When I tried to redeem it, it said I needed a special number which was nowhere on the email. What should I do? (It was a no reply e-mail)

We're looking to build in Davenport. We want a full-size basement, and areas for that are limited. Kissimmee is out for doing that apparently, but Davenport is only about 15 minutes down the road from the main area.
