Won, but never received prize?

This has happened to me a few times. Have you ever won a prize, but never receive it? The most recent was when I won a signed sharpie. Now, this isn't a prize I really cared about, but still expected to receive.
 
I have had the same thing happen... My guess that everyone has. I have tried emailing the company and sometimes they email me back. Most times they say that they have already sent it, but of course no tracking to check. It is a bummer but not much more to be done . I know some have posted on their facebook page with some results. Good luck though I hope you still receive your prize
 
Yes, through the years I've won several small prizes that I never received but I just let them go as not worth pursuing.

But in Jan of last year I won a $500 gift certificate for Staub Cookware. After phone call and many, many e-mails I finally received it in July. Took 6 months but I was not going to lose that one.
 
It's only happened to me once in about 13 years of sweeping and hundreds of prizes. It was about 5 years ago when I won a home brewing kit from Sam Adams and never received it. To be honest, I never followed up to find out where it was since I really didn't want one anyway and had entered hoping for a different prize. If it were a prize I had wanted, I definitely would have emailed them as well as send them a message on FB and Twitter.
 
In December of last year I won a Kindle Fire through a Fresh Fiction sweepstakes, but never received it. I also won a limited edition Hobbes and Shaw Brisk Iced Tea can a few months ago and never received it.
 
I won a a knife from JR Tobacco on their slot machine ...called them 2 months later they said itd been delivered to the mail room of my apt bldg so went there to find it...it makes it hard when no tracking
