Just got this email - it requires me to click a link and isn't a personal "congrats" email so I wanted to ask you guys. Sounds like its spam - would you agree?

I would say you're right - it looks like spam. I usually avoid anything e-mailed that says "Participate now".

The wording doesn't read like a sweeps winning notification. It's reads more like a spam come on.

If it were mine (hotmail), I'd right click the email and then select "view message source". You can then view a garbled version of the email, without actually opening it. Scroll down through the lines and you'll find the message and its source.

This doen't work for my wife's gmail account.

I'd say that it's spam.
