Received a Simon Mall Gift card in the mail. No letter explaining anything. Card said Congratulations! Tried to register and their is something going on with the system. Customer service said it would be activated by tom. so I am not sure how much it is for! I know Liquid Plumber used them last time , but sent a letter and a coupon for free product. Not sure if this is for that or not.

And she still couldn't tell me who the sponsor was! I checked this morning and my card is activated and shows a balance of $25.00.

I got one as well. To activate it use the last 4 numbers of your phone number and the amount is in the bottom right corner on the back of the card. Hope this helps.
 
Thanks it does say $25 on the back in the right hand corner. Tried my phone number several times though, with no luck. They told me the system has been having problems. It would be activated tom.
 
I also received the card. Could it be Allstate? I won the Liquid Plummer and the Allstate one within days of each other, both are $25.00. I was not able to activate either. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with three different people.
