Limit one entry per person/email address/Facebook ID per day. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per day will void all entries and result in disqualification.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age or older as of July 23, 2012 except for employees of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Promotions.com, LLC ("Judges"), EastWest, Tostitos® Fiesta Bowl, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. 3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 16, 2012 from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone and will be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prizes/prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs): Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Trip for two to the 2013 Fiesta Bowl from January 2, 2013 through January 4, 2013. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for winner and one guest from major airport nearest winner's residence to Phoenix, AZ; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy); rental car for three days (subject to rental car company's standard restrictions); one parking pass at the game; two tickets for admission to the 2013 Tostitos® Fiesta Bowl to be held at the University of Phoenix on January 3, 2013; two tickets to a pre-party before the game; and $750 cash in spending money for the winner only (to be awarded in the form of a check). Approximate retail value: $3,150. Twenty five (25) First Prizes: 18.5" Charcoal Grill. ARV: $89.99. Total ARV of all prizes is $33,749.75. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize tickets cannot be resold. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. For Grand Prize, if winner is a minor in his/her state of residency, winner must be accompanied on trip by his/her parent/legal guardian who will be the winner's guest.
