Why do links to sweepstakes links not go to the actual form?

My hubby and I are having a little problem. We started doing our daily sweeps with SweepsPop and are finding that quite a few of the sweepstakes links take you to the main page of the website and not to the form or something at least near there. So, now we can't do our sweepstakes in a timely manner as we are spending a lot of time trying to find the sweepstakes form. Just wondering why a lot of sweepstakes listed are like that?

I let admin know, but I think those sweeps are listed BY the sponsors, and since sweeps are a form of marketing, they want us to visit their sites
