When Your Prize Never Arrives?

I was hoping someone could give me some expert advice. I won the Lucky Breaks Kimbal haircare product line (ten items). I was notified by email that I had won and was told that due to a shipping problem I may have already received three items and that the rest would arrive soon (there were ten winners I believe). This was in December and I have received nothing!

I contacted the person who emailed me via email numerous times and have not heard anything back. I also emailed the hair solon in Los Angeles where the email originated. Still nothing! I am not sure what to do next.

I would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Is there a phone number where you can reach them? I'd try this and/or a certified letter.

Do you have the SA listing of that sweeps you can post? I can't find it to check the rules.
