I recieved an e-mail from In Touch weekly. "You entered an In Touch Weekly Sweepstakes and won!!". I clicked the link provided to provide my shipping info and it said "This ehtry has been disqualified." I sent them an e-mail for more info but, this is the kind of thing that really turns people off to sweeping in general and certain sites in particular, oh well that's life.

I received a winning confirm and sent my info to GLUTEN FREE
{I won a TILLEN FARMS basket} in DEC.
I never received my prize,
even tho I emailed several times,I got no response.

I suggest you contact customer support and ask why you have been disqualified. They usually have a reason pertaining to their rules. If you entered too many times or used multiple email addresses, it will DQ you.Unfortunately, when it says one per household, and both me AND hubby enter..it will DQ you just because it's in the rules.Good luck!!

we had a huge problem with candy stand on a iwg of their's it said we won and it was a great prize BUt when we got a hold of candy stand they said it was a problem with their program and we didn't win well we no longer visit candy stand and we know tons of others won walk away as well. we've has a few problems collecting so we just enter contest that we can trust.companys can pull wins any time they want and they also sell your info to other companys as well.

I don't like it, but I know it does happen, however, they usually have an out in their rules, even when you did everything right.

I use the search term "Sponsor reserves the right" if I run into a problem.

Sponsors/JA's use boilerplate verbiage like:

"Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including, but not limited to, fraud or force majeure or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control."

Which can cover a lot.

I usually just hear about it but I got just hit by BIC when I got a congrats screen & could have won:

Weekly {3/18-4/21} Instant win Prizes {54 per week-1ppp/day} ; {1} JamboxTM Speakers. ARV: $180. {3} iPod® Nano. ARV: $150. {6} $40 Cash. ARV: $40. {7} $50 iTunes® Gift Card. ARV: $50. {9} Lava Lamp. ARV: $20 . {12} BIC® Birthday lg T-Shirt. ARV: $10. {16} Bottle Koozie & Opener Package. ARV: $5.

Instead, I got an email that said: "...to show our appreciation for your participation and patience, we will be sending you a high-value coupon (Free up to $4.99) to the mailing address you provided when you registered for the Promotion."
