The post office lost my package :cussing: The guy at the post office said he couldn't find it and that he would turn it into the supervisor. They tried to deliver it on Friday (I wasnt home) and Saturday I totally forgot about it, so I went this morning and nope not there. I am pissed!!!!!! All the guy could tell me that it was out of White Castle, New York.

:sunny: I would keep checking back with them, perhaps the mailman had it for delivery when you stopped at the post office. Instead of having them turn it in to the supervisor, ask to speak to the supervisor or

call the USPS Customer Service Line, 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). When you call this number during normal business hours, you will get to speak to a Customer Service Representative who will take down the details of your complaint. When you call, be sure you are prepared with all the details of your problem. Have names, dates, addresses, or any other pertinent information available, and your call will much quicker.

If you call after normal business hours, you will be connected to an automated system and will be able to leave a message concerning your problem. You will then be contacted later by a call center representative about your problem.

Hope it all works out for you! Let us know.

Sorry I haven't replied earlier but with school and jury duty it was hard to even get to the post office. So I went back on Tuesday (because I didn't receive my package) and talked to someone else and she said she couldn't find it. But she had me fill out the back of the postcard to have it redelivered. Well Wednesday nothing waited for Thursday mail (nothing) so I called and they guy on the phone said he found it  So I went rushing back over there to pick it up and it was my $25 gift card to Best Buy that I had won from Brake 4 Super 8. I am so happy!!!!!! I know its not a lot but when your not working anything that I can use for my kids is great!!!! Thank you for listening.

 So happy it all worked out for you. It doesn't matter the value, when you have a win you don't want to have to worry about whether the post office is going to deliver or lose it.
