That is a very good question!

As you can imagine, it depends on the sender. But here are a few I saved, mostly Instant Wins:

Sender: Alexia Foods
Subject Line: Alexia instant win Confirmation

Sender: [email protected]
Subject Line: Big News from the Coca-Cola Sweepstakes Freestyle® 2015 Mixing Program

Sender: [email protected]
Subject Line: Big Night In Sweeps
First line of message: Congratulations! ...Seventh Prize winner...

Sender: [email protected]
Subject Line: ACTION REQUIRED - Big News from the RetailMeNot Score the Holiday Savings Sweepstakes

Here is one from a blog:

Sender: [Name of blog]
Subject Line: [ ] Giveaway Winner
First line of message: "Congratulations! You were the lucky winner chosen by random number generator to receive a gift pack..."

The one below was a one entry, or maybe a daily. The sender is a person's name. I have also had a few book wins with the individual person's name as sender - Of course the name was unfamiliar, but I looked at a preview before opening. (You can also right click on the email to get a menu and select "view message source" if you don't want to open mail from an unfamiliar sender.)

Sender: [First name, last name]
Subject line: You have been chosen as a winner on gameinformer.com
First line of message: You entered the Despicable Me 2at Home - www.GameInformer.com and this email is to inform you that you have been randomly selected as our Grand Prize Winner! You have been selected to receive a copy of ...

dthumbie,

There is a thread in Questions and Answers called, "weird winning email notifications to look for."

Here is the SA link: http://www.sweepsadvantage.com/foru...3-weird-winning-email-notifications-look.html
Here is the Plus link: Please login

The thread is stickied, so it is near the top of the forum. It has lots of helpful info!

thank you very helpful..im eagerly checking my emails and mail but no luck so far

You're welcome. Now that you are a sweeper, just keep checking your emails and junk/spam regularly. You get used to recognizing junk and newsletters and things. The main thing is to check regularly so that if/when you do receive a winning email, you don't miss it, or you don't find it too late to respond.

Good luck!

I would like to add that you should also set your emails to search for words/phrases like winner, you won Congrats, Congratulations and affidavit, so that it can be marked important and also to have it sent to your inbox and not your spam folder (gmail lets you do this, not sure about other email programs).

got it setup now just witing for some wins to come in. getting discouraged lol. guess m moreimpatient than i thought lol

It might take awhile to get that first winning email and in some cases, you might just get a prize delivered with no notification. Just remember that it can take a few months before you see that first win. Good luck!
