What does potential winner mean? Read some odd rules today.

Sorry I'm asking so many questions. I'm new! I read some official rules today that stated the drawing was being held on 3-30 but the potential winner would be notified on or before 3-15. What does that even mean?
 
Good question...The sponsors will hold the drawing then pop in the TARDIS and notify you?:scratch: I never got over having to have a driver's license to win a refrigerator...where am I driving it to?
 
Until you are vetted you are considered a potential winner - they make sure you entered by the rules/are eligible {you'd be amazed at how many times people enter for sweeps they are too young/old for :crazytongue:} and the affy was notarized/returned within the timeframe set, etc.

EVERY win is potential - even instants.

Hmm, didn't catch the time frame error - wonder how they plan to notify the winner before they do the drawing??? :nono: :crazytongue:
 
Loren Brothers, I think your right! :laughing: pmeek, I can't find which sweeps that was to save my life. If I find it I'll let you know.
