What do wild cats do best???

Have sex, and make tons and tons of babies. So this is the 4th time in almost 2 years. That the next door neighbors "wild cats" had kittens. Each time the cats have 4-5 kittens. All the cats have fleas, and are malnurished.

I called animal control once. It didn't help. I don't know what else to do. I have to live by these people, so I don't want to make them mad. Then my daughters (shes 4) is like ohhhhh little kitties, and wants to touch them all.

Before summer started I used a ton of flea products because we had a ton in our house. I got rid of them finally mid summer. But now that there are more flea invested cats I will be so mad if they get all on my stuff, and in my house. ugh. What do I do? :cry:
And to make it worse, they are all black cats. They give me bad luck.
 
I would suggest going to your local SPCA and asking them for some haveaheart traps for cats. Seriously, trap them and bring them to the SPCA. It is the best thing for them. I really can't stand irresponsible pet owners. Find out about low cost spay/neuter programs in your area and have a nice conversation with them about it.

Good luck. It takes a lot to change someone's behavior in situations like this.
