Want To Cry! Fed Ex Just Dropped Off Empty Box

I won a Sony PSP from the Flycell IWG and upon opening the package noticed a hole in the other side. Noticed that the box was ripped open too. No Sony PSP inside. Just instructions. They also put invisible tape to try to cover up the hole. I did call Fed Ex so hopefully they will do something about it. I'm sick!
 
:scratch: Boy, can't say as I have ever heard of this happening before with prizes. so sorry Hopefully everything will work out. Please keep us posted.
 
Contact the JA and tell them what happened. I'm sure that they insure something like that when they ship it out. So, they should be able to replace it.
 
Thanks everyone! Fed Ex admitted fault. Delivery guy said he knew of the hole. They will reimburse Flycell so hopefully they will send me one.
 
same here i won a psp on 1/18/2008.i received a psp box with just the instrustions in it. on 3/6/2008 from fed ex.the package was taped.ive been calling flycell and i have a claim going on fed ex.nobodys taking the blame.
 
Sounds like Fed-Ex needs to investigate these boxes with holes. Sounds like someone stealing to me! (or trying anyhow)! :cussing:
 
seems weird that it would happen twice. :scratch: only once and I can see thinking fed ex is responsible but twice, different people, different parts of the country im sure. :error: I would be going to some more boards and looking to see if it happened to other people.
 
I'm the third victim of a Flycell PSP disappearance...

I received delivery yesterday of what was supposed to be my much anticipated Sony PSP from Flycell that I won January 6th. Instead, the white Tyvek envelope contained an PSP box with a manual and nothing else. Man, what a sick feeling. I have already contacted Flycell and FedEx concerning the matter and have been assured that everything would be handled and resolved quickly. After doing a little reading on a couple forums, I'm shocked to see that it has happened to at least two other winners from the same sweeps. I'm thinking the driver who makes the pick-ups at Flycell has some sticky fingers. It sounded like Flycell suspects the same.
 
Yes I agree with someone having sticky fingers. Either the one packing them or the delivery. Hard to say. I just think a Fed Ex driver would have better tape than the scotch tape that was on mine. That was just so cruel! Glad to see you are getting yours! :cheers:
 
Ah man, you guys! :cry: I am so sorry you are going through this! I hope everything works out! Hope you guys get replacements and the sticky-fingers thief gets fired, arrested, and humiliated! :cussing:
