PROMOTION PERIOD:
The VSP EnVision Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on February 9, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 7, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”). All Entries, as defined below, must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 7, 2016. Receipt of Entries will not be confirmed. (1) Point equals one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes.
To enter the Instant Win Game portion of the Promotion:
Once Entrant is registered or logged in, and has entered via Section 4 (1) or (2) above, they will then be able to play the Instant Win portion of the Promotion (“Instant Win Game”). Once Entrant has completed the Instant Win Game, they will continue to the next page to see if they are an Instant Winner. If the message comes up saying: “Awww, Bummer. You didn’t win this time”, Entrant is not a winner of an Instant Win Prize. If the message comes up saying: “Congratulations! You Won!” Entrant is the instant winner of the Instant Win Prize listed on the next page, subject to verification.
If Entrant receives a winning message as set forth above, they will need to complete the “Redemption Form” by providing their street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number and click “Submit.” Upon receipt of the Redemption Form, Administrator will automatically ship the Instant Win Game winner their Instant Win Prize. Email Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the entry was submitted.
Point, Entry, and Email Entry may hereafter be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS:
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to participate in the Promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Instant Win: Exactly ten (10) Instant Win Prizes (each an “Instant Win Prize”) will be awarded during the Promotion Period. There will be a total of 10 random, pre-determined computer-generated winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period. If your Instant Win Game play, as described above, is the first one received on or just after one of those predetermined times, you will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize designated to that time. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the time your Entry is received and the total number of eligible Entries received.
Sweepstakes:
Exactly one Sweepstakes Grand Prize (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”) will be awarded during the Promotion. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), determined by random drawing of all Sweepstakes Entries, which will be conducted by Administrator on or about March 8, 2016 (“Grand Prize Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION:Potential Instant Prize Winners will be notified immediately on-screen, and will be asked to fill out the necessary information to receive their prize.
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via phone or e-mail within seven (7) days of the Grand Prize Drawing Date connected to a particular winning Entry, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to be in contact with Administrator and/or Sponsor, after receiving the initial notification within seventy-two (72) hours, via phone or email to begin the winner verification process. Failure to respond to notification within seventy-two (72) hours will result in disqualification and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected, time permitting. By accepting the prize, Grand Prize Winner acknowledges they are in compliance with these Official Rules.

To claim the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, Sponsor may require the winner to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release and other applicable documents (where legal). All required forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Administrator within five (5) days of date of issuance. When Administrator receives the returned Affidavit of Eligibility/Release from the potential winner, then and only then do they become “official winner”. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the time period mentioned above, if a potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Up to three (3) alternate Grand Prize Winners will be chosen by a random drawing. If no potential Grand Prize Winner is ascertainable for a particular Prize after the three (3) attempts referenced above, that particular prize will remain un-awarded, and Sponsor is under no obligation to continue to attempt to award any un-awarded prizes. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category/ies will be awarded to entrants selected according to the process outlined under Section 5 of these Official Rules. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the Instant Win Prize or Sweepstakes Grand Prize will not be awarded. Costs and expenses associated with the Instant Win Prize or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Instant Prize Winner and/or Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner, including but not limited to service charges, taxes and any other fees related to the Prize. NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Promotion, or either’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Promotion in the manner intended. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor and/or Administrator. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that (1) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees.
