Then, locate the code on packaging of any participating Coca‑Cola product (each a "Code"). Follow the links and instructions to enter 1 Code where indicated. Once you have entered 1 Code, you automatically will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
b) Free Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase or having a Code, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “The Carnival Cruise Line Sweepstakes,” c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5006, Department 834721, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5006. You automatically will receive 5 entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit: 1 request per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by March 17, 2018 and received by March 23, 2018. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Limit: 50 Sweepstakes entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Account or email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
4. Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winner are final and binding. On or about March 27, 2018, Administrator will select the name of the potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified by email, mail or phone. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
5. Requirements of Potential Winner: Potential winner must continue to comply with the Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner (will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize and to fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If the potential winner fails to provide a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release or any other requested information within the required timeframe, he/she may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In the event that the potential winner cannot be contacted, forfeits the prize, or is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to 3 alternates. If the alternate potential winners are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded. Any unawarded, unclaimed, voided or forfeited prize will not be awarded. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
 
6. Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: One (1) $1,500 USD Carnival Cruise Line gift card. Sponsor does not guarantee availability on the exact sailing or travel dates and times requested by winner. Terms, conditions and restrictions on Carnival Cruise Line gift card may apply, as designated by issuer. Carnival Cruise Line gift cards are valid for Carnival cruises departing from North America only. Other limitations and restrictions may apply. Use of the Carnival Cruise Line gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth and detailed in Carnival’s passenger Ticket Contract found here: http://www.carnival.com/about-carnival/legal-notice/ticket-contract.aspx. Winner will be responsible for any amounts in excess of the Carnival gift card value that is attributable to the selected cruise. Gift card value must be used on a single cruise and does not carry over. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500 USD.
No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not described herein as being awarded as part of the prize herein.
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, prize information, likeness, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. c. Game Piece Gifts:
NOTE: There is a limit of 1) of each type of gift per person. Each recipient must visit the My Rewards tab within his/her Account within (7) days after the end of each round of the Tournament and must claim the applicable gifts in his/her Account within the specified time frame or he/she will forfeit the applicable gift. Sponsor, may, in its sole discretion, send reminder emails about the need to claim gifts, but this is not a guarantee.
BRACKET INSTANT WIN GAME: Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen will be given a Sweet Sixteen gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA Elite Eight will be given an Elite Eight gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA Final Four will be given a Final Four gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins the entire Tournament will receive 1 entry into the Grand Prize Sweeptakes drawing.
Sweet Sixteen Gift: Winner’s choice of a digital coupon valid for a free 20 fluid ounce Coca‑Cola® beverage or a 7‑ELEVEN BIG GULP drink, while supplies last of each option. Coupons will be subject to the terms included on the coupon, including the expiration date. To claim this gift, you must provide a mobile phone number. Elite Eight Gift: A $5 Wendy’s Reward redeemable at participating Wendy’s® restaurants only, terms and conditions apply.
Recipient must first take the steps to claim the Reward via his/her My Rewards tab in his/her Account within (7) days after the end of the Elite Eight games.
Failure to claim the Reward within seven days will result in forfeiture of the Reward.
