UPS mystery solved

I got the package from UPS and it WAS the Pureology shampoo, which one of you guys said. I'm vrery happy to win it, but I already knew about it, so I was hoping for a surprise.
 
I've still got a mystery.

I got a notification two days ago saying something should be delivered yesterday. The tracking number goes back to barely there which was delivered last month. The package that should be delivered is from keystone distributors and should be here 11/3.

I tried to call and get clarification. The people on the phone were rude and would not help because the tracking number says delivered....
Why am I getting a notification a month after delivery for something that should be delivered that day? It doesn't make sense because there are two different shippers.

anyway, I guess I can't miss something I don't have, and they don't have an answer for the email.

What a mess! It sure would help if you knew what the prize was, so you could decide how much more effort you're willing to put into it. I hope it works out and it turns out to be something really great.
