UPS alerts not coming???

I have the UPS MY Choice and have always gotten an alert, but the last 2 deliveries from UPS have not showed up as an alert in my email?? This happen to anybody else before.... Thanks
 
It happened to me once but the package was addressed to my wife. I went to UPS mychoice and added her and my sons name to my account so now we should be notified of anything for any of us. If the package was addressed to you and you didnt get an alert, that hasnt happened to me. Hope this helped some. :)
 
There is a UPS basic service that some companies use and you don't get alerts on these packages. I ordered things from NFL.com and NBA.com with gift codes I won and was surprised when the UPS man came when I wasn't expecting. I looked up the tracking number on the website and found the alert was unavailable.
 
This may or may not be the place to post this, but I have a question. Does the Ups my choice ever charge anyone. I was working on signing up for it, but was reading in the terms of service, that they can charge for there services at anytime without notification. I don't want to be charged for something that I thought was free. Do any of you that use this ever get charged??
 
I think sometimes UPS and FedEx don't alert you unless signature is required. The ones they can just dump on your doorstep don't always send out alerts.

Did you give them a credit card # when you signed up? If not, then they can't charge you in advance, just notify that they will start charging.
 
this has happen to me I stop getting ups alerts months ago I did update my information I don't know will that help
 
It IS so - it's been a while. The days of candy bar coupons are long gone. I'm really getting jealous seeing all the wins by others in sweeps I enter faithfully - let's see - 3 xboxes by kcharlton ring a bell? I couldn't even get a coupon out of that one! Never won anything that wasn't an IW - oops, take that back, won a bag of popcorn for guessing how many kernels there were in a bag in a picture, but that's it.

lol - I LIKE seeing peeps hit winning runs! It tells me it IS possible, and if I keep plugging away, maybe I'll be next!!! :crazytongue: :laughing:
