I just got an affidavit today and caught the postman and it is off and running. It does not say what I won just Grand or first prize. If it is thisfollowing prize. I cannot believe I have to send form in. But hoping for the game :smt003

One never knows why a judging agency will require an affy for the prize. But, I do wonder IF it has something to do with them at TAX TIME??? Meantime Congrats on the win and please let us know the results.
