My son received the following e-mail in April of this year and submitted the info thru the link provided. He never heard anything else, so we sent several e-mails, but we have not gotten any response. Any ideas on what we should do next or should we just chalk it up to some type of error??

I had a similar experience. Received a similar email in December from one of the Bauer sweeps. Tried contacting them via email many times in March and April. Finally was able to speak to someone after leaving messages several times. Eventually I received a small portion of the prize in May, but it was never totally resolved.
 
My daughter won several of the young people mag sweeps over the past few years and we never had any problems until the last one which she won in May. I can't seem to get any answers about it either.
