ok, I had supposedly won a $100 EsteeLauder prize from Total Beauty from their Beauty in the City sweepstakes which ended on Sept. 29, 2008. If I remember right there was only something like eight of these prizes. Then I also won Therapy Systems Amazing Scrubs and t-shirt from them in their Pink sweepstakes. I got the notice of this one on Dec. 23rd. This contest ended Nov. 3rd. This one may not really be late if you go by the notification date, but I should have received the other one a long time ago. Both contests said 8-10 weeks. I emailed them and I felt they kind of just blew off the question about the first contest. Has anyone ever received these prizes, or is it a lost cause? What else can I do other than emails? Thanks everyone.

I won one of there contest, a $100 gc to a makeup place, don't remember the name now. anyway it took 1year and 3 months to get my prize. I also had to send several e-mails, which about half where not answered. Then I received an e-mail from total beauty stating the prize fulfillment was up to the sponsor, in other words the store that offered the gift card, so I wrote back to total beauty and told them the store was not sending the gc and would they help me please, then I got my prize. I had the best luck e-mailing total beauty, instead of e-prize, and I spoke with a person names Chloe. Sorry I do not have the address anymore, should have saved it. Good luck, the most important thing I have found is to always be polite, and remember they don't have to have contest, so appreciate the help they give us. Good luck again

I've e-mailed them several times about that prize and they assure me that I'm going to get it. E-mailing them is about the only thing you can do about it.
DH received his $100 gc prize from one of theirs after 7 months. I'm just going to keep waiting since they're the only ones I've won anything from lately. It at least gives me some hope. :crazytongue:

Wow, a year, 7 months, pmeeks didn't even get it. Oh well maybe I'll get it maybe I won't. true they don't have to have the sweeps, but if they do have them they should honor the wins. That really makes for poor business practices. Well I guess we'll see what happens, thanks for the help and answers. I always wonder about things that I don't get, because of the many mail problems that we have had. I always have to wonder who's house did it go to. That's why I hate to accuse the company having the sweeps, because I never know. This one sounds like the company though.

I also won the $100 EsteeLauder and have not got it yet. I won something from them before and it took a long time to get it so I am patient and I am sure it will arrive eventually.

I won in both sweeps also - I received the estee lauder gift code within 1 week of replying to the win; HOWEVER, I still have not gotten the one from the pink sweeps - I was writing every week to this "person" at total beauty.com and only 1 time did I receive a reply - the rest were ignored. Finally, I wrote to the "contact me" section of the web site and within 2 days I had a reply - still no products - but a promise that they will be here soon - I will let you know when they get here

I also won a $100 Estee Lauder GC in the Beauty in the City Sweep but have not rec'd it. Was thinking about emailing them but I'm going to wait a little longer since it took 7 months each to receive my other prizes I have won in the past. Hopefully they will get these out soon. :sunny:
