Provided you are verified as the winner, your prize will consist of Concerts for a Year which will be awarded in the form of six (6) $500 Live Nation® E-gift cards ("Gift Card"). In order to ensure you are eligible to receive this prize according to the Official Rules, please read the enclosed Official Rules and reply to this email within seventy-two (72) hours letting us know if you want to accept or forfeit the prize. If we do not hear from you by 8/23/19, you will automatically forfeit your prize and we will draw an alternate winner.

The Gift Card can be used for purchases online at livenation.com, ticketmaster.com, ticketmaster.ca, and in the Live Nation U.S. mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States and Canada. Gift Cards are not redeemable at venue box offices. Gift cards cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketsNow®, TicketExchange™ and other tickets not sold directly by Live Nation. Other exclusions may apply. A Gift Card cannot be combined with any other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior written approval and may not be sold other than through authorized Live Nation channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. Use of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found at http://help.livenation.com/gift-cards. The use of Gift Cards on the livenation.com, ticketmaster.com and ticketmaster.ca websites are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site. Please be advised that once you are confirmed as a winner, you will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. You may wish to seek independent counsel to determine the full extent of your tax liability under federal, state and local laws and regulations. As required by law, an IRS 1099 Form will be prepared in your name and submitted to the IRS for the value of your prize. You will receive a copy of the 1099 Form. Your prize will not include any additional items or expenses, which will be your sole responsibility.
