Another win, but sadly won't be able to go because its in New York..was posted under PA giveaways..didn't realize it wasn't in PA
Sadly I can't allow someone else to use my win eithr because its in my name and need an ID lol with my name on :/

That's too bad. Maybe if you contact the sponsor and tell them your problem they might offer you an alternative prize. It's worth a shot.

Never say never but usually these types of prizes were a quid pro quo - offer tickets for publicity - so sponsor can only re-award
 
I messaged them and thanked them explained the situation and asked if they could possibly give my tickets to another who could use them.
