Sweepstakes/Instant Win games

There are games that have two separate parts - one is a sweepstake (or Grand Prize) and the other part is an IW. All eligible entrants will be qualified for the drawing of the sweepstake part at the end of the game. The rules state one IW prize per person. I won an IW prize. Does that mean I cannot keep playing trying for the Sweepstake prize? I noticed this on several sweepstakes and never knew if I should keep playing or not.

The current contest in question is the Subway sweepstakes.

rozzie2005 - some sweeps will tell you in the rules that only the 1st entry goes to the sweeps portion, but most have a daily entry.

If I won an IW and just HAD to keep trying for the GP/sweeps prizes? I'd check for that 1st, then to see if they will re-award prizes if I were to actually "win" again. If not, I'd leave it. If yes, I'd go for it, figuring "winning" the IW portion again would be a longshot, and if I did, they'd re-award.

That's purely hypothetical. I ALWAYS quit entering if it's 1 ppp, no matter what the GP/sweeps prizes are. :laughing:

I figure I already won so I'm done.

On the off chance they would penalize me for continuing to enter by denying me my IW prize, I'd hate to lose out
