SweepsCheck not working In SweepsPop

I recently started using SweepsPop, and I can use all of the SweepsPop features but one---SweepsCheck. After I click on SweepsCheck in SweepsPop to check-off all of the sweeps entered, I can see the new entry date beside each sweeps entered, but I can’t save that new date. Whatever date was originally beside each sweep re-appears after doing a save. The only way I can use SweepsCheck is to check-off each sweeps individually, and do a save to keep the new entry date. Any suggestions on how to get the new entry date to save to multiple entries when using SweepsCheck in SweepsPop? It would be a great feature if I could determine why it isn’t working for me. This issue happens in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Thanks!

Update: I forgot to mention that I'm running Windows 7.
 
greentown - do you do these in order:

Check All SweepsCheck
Check All SweepsPop
Launch SweepsPop

Then save/refresh the page {with popups allowed at SA} and SweepsCheck doesn't mark the date time?

I've done it in the order you suggest, but it doesn't save the date/time using that order either. It really doesn't matter what order I go through the process. Once I've done a save of the new date/time after the Check all SweepsCheck I lose the new date/time that was entered. I'm really at a loss. My favored order (most logical to me) is to: Enable SweepsPop boxes, Check all SweepsPop boxes, Launch, enter sweeps, Check all SweepsCheck, and save, but obviously that doesn't work. My pop-up settings are set to allow all pop-ups. By the way, I've logged into the original SA without Plus and it doesn't make any difference--can't save new date/time after Check all SweepsCheck. I did not use the SweepsPop function prior to subscribing to Plus so I have no idea if the function ever worked in basic SA.

Thanks, Amy. I've been a Plus member just since the 18th of November; maybe that's why I don't show-up in the membership list as Plus yet. Gee, I feel bad bothering Ken again. I just worked with him to help me with an issue where new sweepstakes weren't showing up in "MySweepstakes" after doing a save, but that problem was solved, and it was my fault. This is just an FYI for you as to what happened in that issue in case you can use this information to help someone else.

Having used Sweepstakes Advantage for years I was used to sweeps saving into the category where they originally had been placed by SA so I wasn't using the Plus dropdown menu correctly. If a sweeps had originally been categorized in one of the given categories like daily, weekly, etc., and I agreed with that original placement, I just did an individual SweepsCheck for each new sweeps I was entering, and then did a save. (This was prior to me trying to use the Check All SweepsCheck in SweepsPop.) Anyway, the drop-down menu was only used if I wanted to select a custom category I had created. Basically, I thought the save alone would default the sweeps entered to the original category in which it had been placed when new by SA. I didn't realize anything was wrong until I saw the number of sweeps in MySweepstakes wasn't going up, and sweeps I knew I had entered were missing from MySweepstakes. It was a simple fix to always use the drop-down menu to categorize a sweeps prior to doing a save even if I was just selecting the category where the sweeps had originally been placed when new by SA.
 
greentown - When you are PLUS, it *should* show that you are in your profile - since you can access the tools, I wonder if this is a piece of the puzzle? .

Anyway, yes - adding sweeps to YOUR MYSWEEPS is active, not passive in PLUS, ty for the reminder.

Ken is the *best* site admin I've "met" in the decade I've been online!

I can open my profile, but I don't see anywhere in it that shows my membership being Plus or "regular" SA. Maybe I'm not looking in the right area of the profile---missing a link or something. Can you be more specific as to where I should be looking? I'll look again. My screens all open to Plus Logo pages.

By the way, Ken's great, but so are you. Thanks for all of YOUR help. You do a wonderful job. My husband wonders who Amy is that I reference as being so helpful on the site. LOL.

While I don't see anything under "My Profile" about being a Plus member, if I go to my account it shows I'm a Plus member until November of 2014.

But since the upgrade, I don't know if you can change it - I'll let Ken know you don't show PLUS so he can set it right & hopefully that will resolve your problem!

OK, now that made me LOL - I often speak of SA'ers to my DH & he looks at me like I'm nuts!!!
