Sutter Home corkscrew

Just rec'd a small package in today's mail which held a smaller sized corkscrew with Sutter Home written on it. Return address was P.O.Box 2300, Young America MN . No note or other identifying things. Anyone know what this could be from?

I got one today. I dont remember this at all. :scratch: I dont even drink. I quess I will give it to my cousin. she drinks. :laughing:
