Surprise win from I have no idea

Today an envelope arrived with a $50 Amex prepaid card enclosed, and not much else. The only thing in the envelope other than the card was information about the card (terms and conditions) and nothing else. Looking up the address on the envelope, it came from "Rodgers," the address comes back as Cumulus Media Networks, which doesn't ring any bells, but whatever. Thank you for the mystery sweep win.

Has anyone else had something like this happen?
 
Cumulus Media is radio station or TV around here - did you enter a local contest maybe?? Congrats!! It's always fun to get a surprise win even if you never figure out which contest is was...:)
 
I've entered local contests, it could have been one of those. I'm just surprised that the card showed up without any info and I didn't get a notice first that I won anything.
 
congratulations on a fun surprise. i have had packages/cards arrive in the mail. if it is through SA you can usually find it by using the expired sweeps advanced search. enjoy.
