subway win?!

I instantly won two things from subway today, prep tower episode one? and ps3 game heroes.. but when I tried to fill out my information and click "claim my prize" it woudnt load or anything.. so did I still win the prize? They didnt get all of my information because it wouldnt load but they had my email.
