Yeah, I read a lot of complaints about this year's offering. There are a lot of prizes doled out early on, then about December 5, they halt some of the prizes like 25 stars wins and you get a lot of "not a winners." I think I won about 150 stars this year, a bakery item, and a buck off a beverage. But I had at least 80 straight "not a winners," which I understand - but is psychologically kind of defeating. In past years, you would get duplicates and eventually get a free play for them.
I won all of thirty stars. And as of February, it will require more stars to redeem for free items. I'm starting to feel like Starbucks doesn't appreciate their customers like they used to. 
I did win 55 on last day of the Star Bucks GameCongratulations!!!! I won 155 stars in that one. Small wins but they all count.
