Sponsors & JA Administrator Promoter

Sponsors/JA's [Judging Agency/Agencies] Re: Sponsors & JA Administrator Promoter

To run their [Contest/Sweepstakes/instant win/Giveaway] promo(s), most Sponsors will use a JA [Judging Agency/Agencies] an Administrator and/or a Promoter as their Fulfillment company, so contacting sponsors is [usually] a waste of time because they rarely are even aware they have an active promo

There are typically two companies involved in a sweepstakes. The Sponsor (S C Johnson) and the Administrator/Promoter (PrizeLogic). Usually the Sponsor lacks the knowledge of the Federal and various State sweepstakes laws, so they hire a Promoter/Administrator to design the sweepstakes and manage it. The Sponsor provides the prize(S), and the Promoter acts as the Fulfillment Co. that awards and send out the prize(s). PrizeLogic is a Promoter and has been around for years. If you check the rules for the various sweeps you enter, you'll usually find a Promotion Co. listed. ePrize, Don Jagoda, Marden-Kane and Ventura Associates are other Promotion companies that you may find, although there probably are hundreds of them in the US.

Only thing I have won from a major company is Helloworld the Nintendo switch, controllers, gift card and game.

Could this be it??

I know others who won and got their prize within 18-25 days rather than the 8-10 weeks like the rules stated.

not sure what else it could be....

Quikly is NOT a sponsor [what I thought}

Quikly is a digital engagement marketing platform that motivates consumers to react through targeted email, social, mobile, local and customer loyalty campaigns.

Gleam.io is a platform for giveaways like rafflecopter where you Login with email OR via Social Media {Facebook/Twitter/Instagram}
