Following an enlarged meeting of various foreign missions in Nigeria held held on the 11th of May 2012 in the Presidential Villa Abuja Nigeria, an agreement was reached on the debt profile of the Nigerian Government with regards to payment
owed to foreign nationals/individuals.
This resolutions have been published in the Financial Times. The said resolutions stipulated immediate payment of funds owed to all Foreign nationals with the active participations of embassies and missions resident in Nigeria.
As a result, the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars have been earmarked as payment due in your favoUr. This sum shall be released to you personally and not through an egent, proxy or representative.
A payment centre have been opened for the purpose of all payments due to Nigerian creditors based on the country of origin of beneficiaries.
ALL BENEFICIARIES MUST RECEIVE THEIR PAYMENT IN OUR PAYMENT CENTRE IN TURKEY Accordingly, you are to furnish this office your full name, address, telephone number and your acceptance to be personally present in your payment centre to receive your payment.
Note that no upfront fee is allowed by the resolutions guiding this payment arrangement. All payment due to the Nigerian government shall be paid by you upon arrival at your payment centre and after been attended by our officials and
