Can anyone tell me who to contact - I just won an Ipod Nano, filled out the redeem form and it just kept saying invalid code even though there was no code to enter. I filled in everything again, tried hitting enter to submit and the whole darn page reloaded. I hope this works out - I was so excited and then it was gone. Thanks.

I called because I was having the same difficulty. I had won a free drink. She informed me that we needed a code to play. i was able to play just like you but when it came time to claim my win , I needed a code. On the list or rules there is a phone number. It appears on the rules you get one free play a day. I am totally baffled by this sweep. I do hope you get your prize.
I have won numerous times (including ipod) and it has not asked for a code. Are you sure you are picking the right play method on the main screen. To the left it says Yes - then an arrow down to enter code - you DON'T want that. On the right it says NO with an arrow down to two choices - Play Now and View Prizes. You want Play Now. Then you pick a person and twist cap. THEN you log in - either throug facebook or pepsi then they tell you if you win and if you do win it comes up with a prefilled form based on your login/registration info and you just hit enter. NOW the tricky part is registering (if you are not already a member). I tried like 10 times and it just kept circling around. I found out if you go and register with Pepsi then you can log in to Sobe with that account and don't have to try and register with Sobe.
