so confused on how to enter those..any help??
I find the Shop Your Way Rewards site to be so totally disorganized and confusing that I don't even bother with it any more. A few weeks ago a survey popped up asking me what I thought of the site, so I answered truthfully. The survey was followed up by an email asking me to be more specific, so I did. The final reply was that they weren't sure why I was having such an issue with it since participation is extremely high. And yet I know that I've seen others on here post that they don't like the site either. To me it is just not user-friendly. But congrats on muddling through and getting a win from them.
